PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Evidenze meets the requirements set forth in Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, Organic Law on Data Protection in force in Spain, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and other applicable European directives, so we inform you that your data are being processed according to the information given below:

Purpose of the processing
In EVIDENZE we processed the information provided by the interested persons for the purpose of managing the trade relationship we hold with them, manage current or future job offers, send information requested, provide offers for products of services of your interest or related. These purposes are confirmed by the appropriate users, as the case may be.
On the other hand, if you are part of a study as an Investigator or equivalent, your data are being processed to allow compliance with the agreement signed between EVIDENZE and the relevant sponsor.
In the case of patients participating in the clinical studies and/or patient support programs performed by EVIDENZE subsidiaries; your data are used only for the purposes authorized by you in the corresponding consent form.
No automated decisions of any kind are taken with the information provided by the holders of the data. The inclusion in some databases takes place only after the interested persons give their consent according to the context of the relationship established in each case; or as an obligation associated with compliance with the established agreement or another legal obligation, situations in which you will be appropriately informed; therefore, no person can be included in any database if the aforementioned conditions are not met.
Retention time
The personal data provided will be kept while the trade relationship is maintained between the parties, suppression by the interested person is not requested, or while there is a legal obligation to keep them in each case.
Lawful basis for your data processing
- In case of the contracts established with third parties, the legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the established agreement.
- In the case of acquisition of products and services, it is the compliance with a legal obligation as established in the Value Added Tax (VAT) law.
- In the case of request for information or registration with newsletters, as well as the delivery of resumes for applications to job offers by the company or spontaneously; and/or participation in clinical studies as patients, the lawful basis is based on the consent of the interested person.
Addressees of the data communication
According to the purpose for which your data were collected, these may be processed by sponsors evaluating your suitability as a candidate; investigator or participant in a study (patient data may only be processed after they are coded, that is, pseudoanonymized or anonymized, as the case may be), always after compliance with the duty of information to the interested person in each case.
Except in the previously described context, the data will not be reported to any other company or entity, unless there is a legal obligation for it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, right to the limitation of the processing, as well as portability and opposition, whenever you want it or consider that your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, cases in which EVIDENZE will stop processing your data except for compelling legitimate grounds or the exercise or defense in case of possible claims. Each application will be evaluated individually.
To exercise your rights on the data of which you are the holder, you can send an e-mail to comunica@evidenze.com or request it through postal mail at the address Passatge Ferrer i Vidal, 8, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, to the attention of the Data Protection Officer of the company. You must enclose a copy of your ID card/Foreign ID card in order to confirm the holder of the data and note expressly which right you would like to exercise. Within a maximum of 30 days after your request is received, we will inform you of the result of its proceeding.
In the same way, you are informed that you have the right to denounce with this Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that EVIDENZE has limited or prevented the exercise of your rights without a justified reason.
Any person who has given consent for a specific purpose has the right to withdraw it at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to withdrawal.
Source of the information
The personal data we process in EVIDENZE have been provided by the interested persons by any of these means:
- Contribution of tax data for issuing invoices, delivery notes or signing agreements
- Request for information on products or services
- Application for job offers
- Execution of contracts
- Participation in clinical studies
In these contexts, we informed you that the categories of the data processed, as the case may be, are:
- Identification data
- Postal or electronic addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Commercial information
- Bank data for direct debit
- Professional career
- Training
- Sex
- Age/Date of birth
- ID card/Foreign ID card You may be requested a copy of the document if your relationship with the company requires it.
- Health data according to the clinical study in which the patient is participating.
IMPORTANT: The data of the patients participating in clinical studies are processed after they have been coded, i.e, pseudoanonymized or anonymized, as the case may be.
In case this list is extended as a consequence of the relationship with EVIDENZE, you will be timely informed, according to the specific case.
In situations in which the processing of specially protected data is required, express, unequivocal consent will be obtained from the interested person, provided this is the legal ground for the data processing. Otherwise, you will be timely informed.
Information about cookies
The web page has cookies which allow our system to record the user for a simple visit to the website. The cookies used cannot read data from the hard disk or read the cookie files created by third parties. The cookies used are not harmful and are used to improve the user’s browsing along the website. If you so wish, you can reject all types of cookies from the corresponding menu option of your browser.
EVIDENZE does not use spam techniques and will only process the data transmitted by the user through the electronic forms of this website or e-mail messages.
Security measures
EVIDENZE maintains high levels of security in compliance with the current Spanish and European law in data protection matters, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and other applicable European directives; and has established all technical means available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access and theft of data that you provide through the website, without prejudice of informing you that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
