1.1. Objectives of the Evidence Whistleblowing Channel
For Evidenze, integrity is the basis of our company philosophy. Our Whistleblower Channel provides you with a safe and confidential space to report any conduct contrary to our values and policies, whether you are an employee, client or supplier. By taking proactive measures we strengthen our organizational culture and ensure that we all contribute to an ethical and respectful environment.
This reporting channel should be used for those actions or omissions that may constitute violations of European Union Law, criminal law, or serious or very serious administrative offenses. serious.
The person responsible for the Complaints Channel and recipient of the information and complaints will be the Compliance Officer of Evidenze, an independent figure within the Group's organizational chart.
1.2. Operation of the Complaints Channel
Complaints in the Complaint Channel are managed through the platform of the GlobalSUITE entity (hereinafter, the “Tool”). The Tool is responsible for the reception and subsequent forwarding to the Compliance Officer of information or complaints, offering all guarantees of respect for independence, confidentiality, data protection and the secrecy of communications.
Any person who reports through the Whistleblowing Channel or through any other information system actions or omissions that may constitute violations of Union Law. n European, serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses will count with rights that guarantee its protection and the confidentiality of aspects related to the information.
