EVIDENZE GROUP works with the philosophy of being considered part of our clients’ internal team, bringing the flexibility and efficiency of an independent entity combined with extensive experience in health knowledge management. The Quality Policy of EVIDENZE GROUP is based on the following principles and commitments:

  • Commitment to comply with all Management System requirements and regulations applicable (UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14155, Good Clinical Practice, contractual policies, and other standards) (see certifications).
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of the Management System.
  • Commitment to efficiently control all processes and their possible effects on the quality of our services, with particular emphasis on:

Developing and communicating new employee policies throughout 2024, including a 'Right to Disconnect' protocol and a flexible working policy

Updating the Gender Equality Plan to be signed with the Works Council, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees

Conducting an engagement survey to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in health and well-being
