Feeding Care
The FEEDING CARE project is a project that is part of the set of innovative public procurement (CPI) projects coordinated by CatSalut, whose tender was led by the Parc Taulí Hospital in Sabadell. The main objective of the project is to offer an innovative and integrative solution for the management and support for the lacto-dietary and neonatology unit of the Parc Taulí de Sabadell Health Corporation Consortium (CSSPT), which improves the management of patient nutrition. infants under one year old admitted to the Hospital.
Hemodinn
Platform developed for a Palex Medical device that expands the information of patients treated with home hemodialysis to improve their monitoring and treatment. The patient fills in complementary data from the hemodialysis sessions in the app that cannot be collected from the monitor, as well as subjective evaluations of this. The App shows the sessions established for the patient (treatment), the established prescription and relevant information provided by the professionals. Professionals can track sessions and access patient screening to control treatment.
Cherries
The main objective of the project is to create and validate a more agile, comfortable and sensitive solution for the detection of the progression of Multiple Sclerosis based on the daily recording of gait alterations, manual dexterity and cognitive evaluation, and the relationship of the latter with fatigue and mood. Evidenze developed a technological platform integrated with a wearable that allowed monitoring patient movement and detecting behavioral patterns using AI. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement no. 872873.
Patient Circle
Project developed for the Murcian Health Service where the main objective is to have e-health services that allow communication between patients and professionals through collaborative environments, which allow us to improve the quality of patient care, avoiding unnecessary travel and saving money. costs in healthcare processes. Therefore, the need to obtain a collaborative environment was established where the patient is the center of attention of the assigned professionals, family members and other important people for the patient, which allows continuity in care for those processes that require it and with the participation of all actors involved in the process.
Hugo 2.0
Hugo is a Real World Evidence solution for clinical research in Multiple Sclerosis that uses artificial intelligence algorithms. Thanks to obtaining large volumes of real-life data from patients through the patient application, on which we will apply Big Data algorithms and statistical techniques, it will allow us to detect patterns and new clinical evidence. The main functionalities are: biometric data monitoring, clinical data recording, medical history, appointment reminders, forum, blog and lifestyle recommendations based on scientific publications using AI. The project has been financed by Red.es and NextGeneration funds.
RaDiPaEm (Aria)
The RaDiPaEm project has been subsidized by CDTI within the framework of the CDTI Interempresas Internacional call (File: CIIP-20221043). This project has received funding from the joint Eurostars-3 program with co-financing from CDTI and the European Union's Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Framework Programme. The RaDiPaEm project aims to contribute to improving the diagnosis process of rare diseases by developing an ICT platform for health professionals and patients to collect and process data (from health systems and patients) to be analyzed by specialists. in data analysis, and contribute to scientific and medical stakeholders learning through real evidence based on patient data to reduce the time and cost of future diagnoses. The ICT platform developed by Evidenze provides “Real World Data” (RWD) evidence on the reduction of time and cost to diagnose future patients with the same rare disease. The platform uses AI data analysis with all data primarily provided by patients, and provides RWD-based evidence to improve diagnosis time and cost. The solution provides reports to improve the management of minority diseases at the European Union level.
ReTech AlexIA
AlexIA is an artificial intelligence innovation project aimed at improving the integrated management of social and healthcare services through the development and validation of data-driven digital tools. The initiative applies artificial intelligence models to the Alexia SISS platform to support coordination among professionals, facilitate the monitoring of individuals with dependency needs, and optimize home and social care processes.
The project integrates information from various stakeholders in the care ecosystem, enabling the generation of alerts, supporting decision-making, and improving continuity of care between social and healthcare services. Through an interoperable and secure digital architecture, AlexIA contributes to advancing towards a more proactive, coordinated, and person-centered care model.
The project is being developed within the framework of the RETECH – Line 1 program, promoted by public administrations to foster the development and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions, and involves the participation of entities from the technological, social, healthcare, and academic sectors.
